辽宁省建筑标准设计研究院有限责任公司始创于一九七三年（原名为辽宁省建筑设计标准化办公室），一九九三年经省科委批准，成立辽宁省建筑标准设计研究院，一个单位两块牌子，院办合一，隶属于省建设厅领导，。一九九五年经建设部核准，设计资质晋升为甲级，一九九六年获工程咨询甲级资质。2004年辽宁省勘察设计单位全面改企，成为国有科技型企业。2017年改制并更名为辽宁省建筑标准设计研究院有限责任公司，录属于辽宁省城乡建设集团。

致力于打造专业化和综合性的设计平台。其核心技术能力涉及品质人居、城市综合体、城市再生、产业园区、公共景观、文化旅游、建筑遗产保护等类型；服务范围涵盖规划设计、建筑设计、景观设计及室内设计等多专业和全过程的设计及咨询服务。倡导精细化和一体化设计，强调价值挖掘、产品创新、品质稳定度，以及设计图纸与建成效果的高还原度。希望通过培养中国本土化人才和整合精英设计团队，创造出真正符合地域环境的建筑。

Liaoning Provincial Building Standard Design Institute Co., Ltd. was founded in 1973 (formerly known as Liaoning Provincial Building Design Standardization Office). In 1993, approved by

the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Liaoning Provincial Building Standard Design and Research Institute was established. One unit has two brands, one office is under the lea-

dership of Provincial Construction Department. Provincial Architectural Standard Design Institute is engaged in standard drawing preparation, distribution, engineering design, technical cons-

ulting services and other business functions. In 1995, approved by the Ministry of Construction, the design qualification was promoted to Grade A, and in 1996, it was awarded Grade A engin-

eering consulting qualification. In 2004, survey and design units in Liaoning Province were transformed into state-owned science and technology enterprises. In 2017, it was restructured and

renamed Liaoning Provincial Building Standard Design and Research Institute Co., LTD., belonging to Liaoning Provincial Urban and Rural Construction Group. At present, there are more than

40 employees in the hospital (excluding external employment and reemployment). Over the years, the Provincial Building Standard Design Institute has developed from nothing and gradually

improved. It has organized the compilation and publication of more than 400 volumes of professional standard atlas of building, structure, water supply and drainage, heating, electrical and

power, of which nearly 300 volumes have been compiled by the institute, and nearly 100 items have won the first, second and third prizes of excellent standard design of the Ministry of Cons-

truction and Liaoning Province respectively, and more than 150 volumes of four new product atlas. In 1991, it was approved by the Provincial Construction Department to become the Technical

Committee of Building Standard Design of Liaoning Province, which is a technical management organization composed of the chief engineer and professional representatives of the major de-

sign institutes, colleges and universities, construction enterprises and other units, responsible for the examination and approval of the Liaoning Province building standard design map and the

evaluation of the standard design. The office of the Technical Committee of Building Standard Design of Liaoning Province is located in the Provincial Standard Design Institute, responsible for

the organization and compilation, progress, technology, quality and other daily management of the provincial standard atlas.
